Add vp_trace_all=1 and ldap_trace_all=1 to the Sametime.ini under the [Debug] section.
Stop Domino on that server and rename the trace directory.
Start Domino and Sametime and retest. If you are having problems authenticating then look for the text files relating the stauthentication or LDAP and for errors in there.
Also, take a look at the sametime.log which is in the program directory.
There's much more debugging that could be enabled but firstly try to ascertain where the problem lies eg can you start a meeting and once running does community services start up, are you getting awareness in your client, can you log in using only your full hierarchical name as opposed to your short name????
